Duties: The Facility Operator cleans and maintains the interior and exterior of school division buildings and their surrounding grounds and assists the Head Facility Operator.
Physical Requirements: Good physical condition with theability to do heavy work is required (i.e. exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects). The ability to work off lifts in crawlspaces attics roofs and ladders.
Wage & Benefits: In accordance with the current CUPE Local 5512 Collective Bargaining this is a range of $21.45 to $23.86 per hour.
