Field Technical Service Representative (Seasonal) Location Kitchener, ON : You'll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a field technical services representative, which at Best Buy we call a field service agent. No experience required, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers with tech installation and repair needs in their homes. • Provide delivery, installation and repair of the latest and greatest tech in our customers' homes
• Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained
• Create an amazing customer experience every time with your dedication to customer service and professionalism
What we're looking for:
• Must be at least 18
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
