Responsibilities:
・ Independently manage the accounting taxation and statutory compliance.
・ Conduct monthly analytical reviews on channel profitability cost of goods sold and manufacturing efficiency. Proactively provide guidance on business expansion.
・ Partner closely with the commercial team to keep abreast of market and industry trends. Develop competitive pricing structure trade terms and promotion plans for both online and offline sales.
・ Support and monitor continuous manufacturing optimization measured by capacity utilization labor productivity scrapping rate and logistic efficiency.
・ Collaborate with commercial and supply chain leaders to develop robust business plans KPIs annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Recommend actionable interventions to reinforce timely corrections against deviations from the plans.
・ Regularly report business progress to the Group CEO and Group CFO located overseas.
・ Responsible for cash and financing management as well as banking relationships.
・ Develop effective financial systems procedures and policies to enhance internal controls.

Requirements:
・ Degree holder in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related discipline.
・ Minimum 10 years of solid experience in FMCG/manufacturing/e commerce is a definite advantage.
・ Excellent analytical skills and ability to think both strategically and laterally.
・ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
・ Solid experience in a remote management environment.
・ Self motivated mature and able to work under pressure with the capability to multitask.
・ A collaborative team player in a fast paced environment.
・ The qualification of JICPA is preferred but not a must.
・ Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
