■RoleAs the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, leading a small team of 4, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategies and driving growth within the company. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and guidance, contributing to strategic decision-making.■Main tasks include・Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies.・Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.・Manage financial reporting and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations.・Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.・Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.・Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.

求められる経験
■Must have
・BA/BS degree
・7+ years of experience in financial analysis/reporting
・Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

・7+ years of advanced Excel proficiency
・7+ years of experience with GAAP
・Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
・Team management experience
・Business level English

■Nice to have
・MBA/advanced degree or CPA/CMA certification
・Ability to influence and guide senior management
・Advanced problem-solving and communication skills
・Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with business sense
・Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
・Experience with data tools (SQL, Tableau) & financial systems (Oracle, SAP)
・Logistics, Manufacturing, or Transportation industry experience
・Proven people management success
・Business level Japanese
・Willingness to contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture
