Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly P&L reports with variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year

Analyze sales performance, gross margin, and key cost drivers

Collaborate with internal teams to input and manage data for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve cost efficiency and business execution

Support analysis at the SKU-level, including margin reporting and ROI assessments for marketing activities

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Business-level fluency in Japanese and working proficiency in English
