【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Experience in developing strategies and business plans / 戦略の立案や事業計画の策定経験
Experience in business promotion and project management / 事業の推進及びプロジェクトマネジメント経験
3+ years of experience working in the financial business and achieving outstanding results in the financial business, or 3+ years of experience working in the consulting industry / 金融事業での勤務経験3年以上かつ金融事業で卓越した成果を上げた経験または、コンサル業界での勤務経験3年以上の経験
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial business / 金融事業に関わる法令等の知識
Experience working in Internet services / インターネットサービスでの業務経験
Market research experience / マーケットリサーチ経験
Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders / 社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションスキル
Business English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above) / ビジネス英語力（TOEIC700点以上）
Knowledge of accounting at the level of bookkeeping level 2 / 簿記2級程度の会計知識
IT skills required for the job / 業務に必要なITスキル
