Job Description | 职位说明 1. Customer Communication & Consultation | 客户沟通与咨询 Communicate with customers, provide professional advice, and respond to inquiries related to floral design, retail, and restaurant events.

与客户进行沟通，提供专业的建议并解答客人的问题，包括花艺、零售及餐厅活动相关内容。

2. Floral Design & Service | 花艺设计与服务 Deliver high-quality floral services, including hand bouquets, table arrangements, and event floral styling, as well as photography support when required.

提供高质量花艺服务，包括手提花束、桌花布置、活动花艺设计及摄影协助等。

3. Flower Selection & Procurement | 花材挑选与采购 Select and purchase fresh flowers, foliage, and decorative materials, ensuring quality and freshness meet brand standards.

选择并采购鲜花、绿植及装饰材料，确保品质与新鲜度符合品牌标准。

4. Event Collaboration | 活动合作与执行 Work closely with team members to execute restaurant and retail events, including venue setup, floral workshops, and photography sessions.

与团队成员紧密配合，完成餐厅与零售活动，包括场地布置、花艺课程及摄影工作等。

5. Visual Merchandising | 陈列与环境布置 Oversee the environmental setup of the restaurant, flower shop, and retail displays, ensuring all presentation areas are neat, inviting, and visually appealing.

负责餐厅、花店与零售区的环境布置，确保展示区域整洁、美观且具吸引力。

6. Flower & Plant Care | 花卉与绿植养护 Maintain flowers and plants by watering, pruning, repotting, and fertilizing regularly to ensure they remain healthy and fresh.

负责花卉及绿植的日常养护工作，包括浇水、修剪、换盆、施肥等，保持其健康与新鲜度。

7. Daily Operations | 日常运营支持 Assist with daily flower shop operations, including inventory control, order processing, and restocking floral materials.

协助花店日常运营，如库存管理、订单处理及花材补充等。

Job Requirements | 任职要求 Strong artistic sense and aesthetic awareness, with a good eye for floral design and decoration.

具备良好的艺术感知与审美能力，对花卉与装饰有敏锐的观察力。

Familiar with various floral materials, containers, and decorative items, with knowledge of their uses and combination principles.

熟悉各种花材、器皿与装饰品，并了解其使用方法与搭配原则。

Basic knowledge and practical skills in floral design, able to create arrangements using diverse design elements.

具备花艺设计基础知识与技巧，能运用不同设计元素进行花艺创作。

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer professional suggestions.

具备良好的沟通与客户服务能力，能准确理解客户需求并提供专业建议。

Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with other florists and team members.

具备良好的团队合作精神，能与花艺师及其他员工紧密配合。
