求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
・4+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
・Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
・Proven ability to build and manage financial models using Excel.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills.
・Fluency in English.
・While experience with large-scale data tools and an MBA or CPA are preferred, they are not mandatory requirements for this role.
