Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join the FA Monitoring team. The role requires strong design and coding skills, expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies, and experience with DevOps automation to ensure efficient and scalable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications supporting Risk and Compliance functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end features aligned with business requirements.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end frameworks.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.
  • Contribute to DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and code deployment processes.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce high standards of software quality and maintainability.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience in the Java ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with Java and back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot and JDBC.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience developing web applications using HTML, Angular/TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous request handling.
  • Experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jasmine or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as npm and Node.js.
  • Understanding of front-end build pipelines and optimization practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of linting tools, server-side rendering, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
