Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both backend (Java and/or C# .NET) and frontend (Vue.js or React.js) technologies, and a strong track record of leading development teams in agile environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead a team of full stack developers across the software development lifecycle.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Full Stack Development:

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and/or C# .NET Core.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Vue.js or React.js.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.

Architecture & Design:

• Collaborate with architects and product owners to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support product development.

DevOps & CI/CD:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and deployment automation.

Agile Delivery:

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Work closely with QA, UX, and product teams to deliver features on time.

Job Qualification:

• Backend: Java (Spring Boot), C# .NET Core
• Frontend: Vue.js or React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• APIs: RESTful services, GraphQL (optional)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Japanese languages: Fluent level Japanese (N1) and business level English required.
