As the main focus is on childcare work , applicants that have experiences working in childcare or education for children ages 0-3 or any experiences working in a Japanese nursery are given preference, but applicants with no experience are also welcome to apply!

【Salary】
210,000-230,000 yen/month
Annual bonus of approximately two months' salary given based on yearly performance evaluation.
Future raises available based on teachers motivation to receive childcare certifications.
【Working hours】
Expected weekly working hours are 40 hrs/week.
Teachers will be attending shifts 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday (in case a teacher is asked to come to work on Saturday, they will be able to claim an alternative day off between Monday to Friday)
Working hours examples: 8:30-17:30, 8:45-17:45, 9:00-18:00
Daily 1 hour lunch break
Days off:
2 days off every week: Sunday + 1 more day (Saturday or an alternative day chosen by the teacher)
Additional days off for the first year of employment include: National Holidays, 10 days paid leave granted after 6 months of employment (with yearly increases to the amount of paid leave)
