求められる経験
■Requirements
・ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
・ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
・ Strong understanding of financial transactions and processes.
・ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
・ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
・ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
・ Business level proficiency or higher in Japanese and English is preferred.
・ Experience with global banking operations is a plus.
