- 電子部品及び半導体業界において技術者として３年以上のご経験 - 電子部品及び半導体製造におけるウエハボンディング工程(裏面研削・エッジトリミング・マウンター・UV、関連設備 等)に関する知識
- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。

- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の開発に携わった経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面作成及びプレゼンテーション能力
