Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop handbags and backpacks tailored to Juniors and Kids markets.
• Create original textile prints, patterns, and graphics that stay on trend with each season.
• Produce accurate flat sketches, technical packs, and line sheets.
• Coordinate sample shipments and maintain clear communication with vendors and factories.
• Ensure product specifications are detailed and followed up effectively for accuracy.
• Work closely with production and merchandising teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in accessories design; preferred experience with handbags and backpacks.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Deep knowledge of textile print design and development processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight schedules.
• A positive, collaborative approach and an eagerness to grow professionally.
