業務内容
The Head of HR & General Administration is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture that drives organizational growth. This includes designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HRGA functions, and developing people strategies that align with business objectives. The role will ensure long-term success by leading talent acquisition initiatives, implementing learning and development strategies, and managing career development and talent management programs, leveraging deep expertise in people psychology and behavior. The Head of HRGA will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to cultivate an environment where leaders thrive.Key Responsibilities:•Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.•Develop and manage career progression and development plans for employees.•Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the organization remains an equal opportunity employer.•Oversee hiring, onboarding, and people management processes to ensure they are effective and inclusive for diverse talent.•Lead employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing campaigns.•Supervise HR and General Administration team leads, providing guidance and support.•Assess, plan, and oversee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.•Develop and maintain HR and General Administration policies for all employees.•Evaluate the effectiveness of HR procedures, tools, and systems, making improvements where necessary.•Ensure HR strategies and plans are aligned with organizational mission and business objectives.•Serve as Business ABC Correspondent, ensuring compliance with Group ABC procedures at the local level.Contributing Responsibilities:•Develop robust talent pipelines from both internal and external sources for C-suite positions.•Lead organizational and talent transformation initiatives to support business diversification, fostering a team culture aligned with this vision.•Drive the evolution of the organization into a modern, productive, and inclusive workplace.

•Demonstrated expertise as Head of Human Resources or in a comparable leadership position
•Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions
•Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations
•Practical experience using HR software systems (HRIS)
