Position: HSE Coordinator (Calgary, AB)

Reporting to the Head of HSE, the HSE Coordinator will support compliance, training, investigations, and safety programs while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance systems (ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks).
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Support HSE orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Manage documentation, safety programs, and occupational testing.
• Assist staff with all HSE-related matters.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ HSE experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, Construction, or Manufacturing.
• Formal HSE education; additional certifications an asset (NHSA, NCSO, ISO Auditor).
• Knowledge of OHS regulations; strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Canada.
