Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be licensed for gas work and have a strong foundation in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GTA (ONTARIO, CANADA)

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units)
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining work performed and system conditions
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and hours worked
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid Gas Technician License (G2 or G1) – required
• HVAC certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Assets (not required):

• 313D or 313A refrigeration license
• ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) Certification
• Experience with smart home systems or HVAC controls
