1～3年の厨房管理経験と3年の厨房シェフ経験。
高い研究能力と開発精神を持ち、効果的に実行できるクリエイティブな方。
厨房機器の知識が豊富で、スタッフの教育ができる。
コンピューター操作の基礎知識
食品安全システムの知識
優先順位をつけて時間内に仕事を完了できる方。
プレッシャーに負けず、冷静に問題を解決できる。
チームとしてだけでなく、単独でも仕事ができる。
