Description du poste

Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, sur place, pour un(e) Réceptionniste situé(e) à Lasalle. Le/La Réceptionniste sera responsable des tâches quotidiennes telles que l'accueil et l'assistance à la clientèle, la gestion des rendez-vous, la réponse aux demandes téléphoniques et l'exécution de tâches administratives et de bureau. Le rôle exige d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en service à la clientèle pour soutenir le bon fonctionnement de la clinique.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise de l'étiquette téléphonique et des fonctions de réceptionniste
  • Solides compétences en travail de bureau et en administration
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser dans un environnement dynamique
  • Être parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
  • Une expérience en milieu de santé est un avantage

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Lasalle. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily tasks such as welcoming and assisting clients, managing appointments, answering phone inquiries, and performing administrative and clerical duties. The role requires excellent organizational and customer service skills to support the effective operations of the clinic.

  • Strong Clerical and Administrative Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
