Airport Liaison Housing Referral Assistant for PSNS Detachment Yokosuka.
The contractor shall on an intermittent on-call basis provide the following services such as meeting arriving personnel (travelers) at Narita/Haneda International airports; provide Welcome brief to travelers to include; assigned lodging location of muster point for next work day emergency contact information food choices for evening meal opportunity to obtain funds (i.e. 10000 Yen) before leaving airport etc. assist travelers with transportation arrangements from airport to assigned lodging assist travelers with transportation from assigned lodging to muster point for next work day assist special needs traveler (e.g. medical limitations) from assigned lodging to airport assist arriving Material Courier (Traveling Saint) to deliver material to designated Materials Point of Contact (POC). This action is limited to establishing contact to arrange transfer point not handling of actual material guide services to/from designated locations as assigned by Host Team Lead provide guidance for employees to/from on & off-base locations such as; local hospitals lodging US Embassy Japan Immigrations etc. provide employee guidance on local sites/events/attractions administrative services as assigned by Host Team Lead and provide general administrative services (copy file shred deliver pick-up etc.) in direct support of Work Force Support (WFS) office.
Contractor to provide delivery services to personnel subject to restriction of moment (ROM). Delivery services may include food beverages medical equipment etc. Contractor to possess a valid driver license (4EJ SOFA) to operate a government vehicle for purposes of transporting passengers from government facility to designated lodging facility and for pickup and delivery of basic necessities.
