As an HRG in the industrial/manufacturing sector, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing HR operations to support business objectives. This Tokyo-based position requires a strong focus on HR practices, policies, and compliance to ensure a productive and efficient workplace.

Description

* Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and business goals.

Profile

A successful HRG should have:

* Fluency in English and Japanese for effective communication.
