Job Description

Carol Lake Metal Works is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Industrial Cleaner to join our team. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and safety within our facility. This position involves a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris, dirt, scraps, and other refuse from the facility.
• Wash and clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers throughout the premises.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, toilets, sinks, and other fixtures.
• Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a tidy and organized environment. 

Requirements:

• Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
