Montreal (Full-Time-Hybrid)

A leading Québec aviation organization is looking to hire an IT Support Technician Level 2 to join their IT team in Montreal. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic work environment, hands-on technical responsibilities, great benefits, and the opportunity to support operations across Québec.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Office, and hardware troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, including user management and Group Policies (GPO)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve intermediate-complexity technical issues
• Experience supporting end-users across multiple sites (remote + onsite support)
• Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation, and ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Ability to contribute to documentation, procedures, and knowledge sharing
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and prioritizing multiple incidents

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools
• Experience with imaging, deployments, and hardware lifecycle management
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN
• Experience participating in infrastructure projects (servers, cabling, cameras, access control)
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Québec
