Nous recherchons un ingénieur de procédé basé à notre bureau de Montréal.

Vous serez responsable des activités d'ingénierie des procédés et de conception de projet de discipline relatives aux projets de concept, de préfaisabilité, de faisabilité, d'EPCM et d'EPC.

Responsabilités:

Les fonctions principales incluent (mais sans s'y limiter) :

  • Ingénierie de conception
  • Soutien technique
  • Assistance sur site
  • Mise en service
  • Rapports et documentation

Fournir un soutien au développement des affaires et l'excellence du service à la clientèle

Responsable du développement des schémas de traitement des usines de traitement des minéraux, qui comprend

  • Développement de critères de conception de procédé (PDC)
  • Calcul du bilan masse-eau
  • Modélisation de procédé
  • Support de spécification et de supervision pour les programmes d'essais métallurgiques pour la conception de procédé
  • Dévelopement P&ID
  • Élaborer les spécifications préliminaires et le dimensionnement des équipements.
  • Développement de listes d'équipements mécaniques (MEL)
  • Adjudication technique des lots d’achat de fournisseur

Soutenir les exigences du processus lors de la mise en service

Conditions:

  • 3-5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans l'environnement multidisciplinaire de l'IAGC
  • Baccalauréat en génie chimique ou métallurgique
  • Membre de l’OIQ
  • Bilingue (anglais/français), la langue espagnole serait un atout

DRA Global is an international multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery and operations management group, predominantly focused on the mining, minerals and metals industry.

The Group has an extensive track record spanning almost four decades across a wide range of commodities. Our teams have deep expertise in the mining, minerals and metals processing industries, as well as related non-process infrastructure such as, water, and energy solutions.

DRA covers all major mining centers with offices across Africa and the Middle East, North and South America, and the Asia-Pacific.

We are seeking a Process Engineer based out of our Montreal Office.

You will be responsible for responsible for the Process engineering and discipline project design activities relating to Concept, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility Studies, EPCM and EPC projects

Responsibilities:

Main functions include (but not limited to):

  • Design Engineering
  • Technical Support
  • Site Support
  • Commissioning
  • Reporting and Documentation

Provide business development support and customer service excellence

Responsible for flow sheet development for mineral processing plants which includes

  • Development of Process Design Criteria (PDC)
  • Mass-water balance calculations
  • Process Modeling
  • Specification and supervision support for metallurgical test-work programs for process design
  • P&ID development
  • Develop preliminary specifications and equipment sizing.
  • Development of Mechanical Equipment Lists (MEL)
  • Technical adjudication of vendor supply packages

Support process requirements during commissioning

Requirements:

3-5+ years experience in a similar role within the multi-disciplinary EPCM environment

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Metallurgical engineering
