Insurance Account Representative Sales & Service Team Member

Location: Oakville ON
Type: Full-Time Hybrid (Partial Work-from-Home Available)
Compensation: Base Salary $50000$55000 Competitive Tiered Commission Structure

What Youll Do

• Develop and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and products

• Build and manage a pipeline of leadsschedule appointments follow up and close sales

• Deliver prompt accurate and friendly service handling policy inquiries changes billing and claims support

• Collaborate with the agent and team to develop marketing strategies and achieve sales goals

• Create memorable customer experiences that promote trust loyalty and retention

What You Bring

• Previous experience in sales customer service or retail (insurance experience an asset)

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Exceptional communication skills verbal written and interpersonal

• A solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

• Confidence in presenting and engaging with clients professionally

• Dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience

Licensing Requirements:

• RIBO and/or OTL license required

• LLQP license an asset
