• Develop and refine the design concept for assigned projects, turning creative ideas into concrete proposals
• Collaborate with FF&E designers on material selection and colour coordination, and oversee the creation of perspective renderings
• Communicate closely with the design director to ensure smooth interaction with clients and finalize the overall design proposal
• Execute basic and detailed design work, review construction drawings, and supervise design quality
• Monitor the construction process, troubleshoot on-site issues, and optimize the final design as needed

• Degree in interior design, architectural design, or a related field
• (Ideally) Over 5 years of hands-on experience in interior design, including work on large-scale projects such as luxury hotels, residences, villas, commercial spaces, and office buildings *less then 5 years is also okey
• Strong conceptual and creative design skills, with a sharp sense of spatial planning
• Ability to independently complete design proposals and present plans effectively
