Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support our operations team with day-to-day inventory management. This position is responsible for verifying that parts are correctly stored and labeled, ensuring accuracy between physical items and system records, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate contacts. Position runs through January 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular checks to confirm that inventory parts match their assigned bins and labels.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, counts, and locations in the system.
• Identify and report errors, missing items, or storage issues promptly.
• Support the inventory team with cycle counts and other routine tasks as needed.
• Assist with organization and optimization of inventory storage areas.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while handling parts.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks without losing accuracy or focus.
• High level of reliability and consistency in completing tasks.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and promptly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25lb as needed.
