Homewerks Worldwide, LLC, a leading import distributor of home improvement products for major retailers is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Distribution Center Team. Homewerks Worldwide develops, sources, and markets bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products for home and commercial use. Position Summary

Homewerks Worldwide, LLC. is looking for an Inventory Coordinator reporting to the Distribution Support Leader while frequently taking direction from other senior distribution leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages activities related to inventory management.

• Partner with distribution leaders and cross-functional supply chain partners to plan and manage inventory.

• Inventory management activities may involve any of the following:

o Storage transfers between distribution centers.

o Inventory moves.

o Reactive and proactive replenishments.

o Cycle counting.

o Identify, research, and fix inventory problems.

o New items.

o Running change.

o Returns.

o Rebox.

• Support with outbound order audit program.

• Supervises, coaches, and develops associates assigned to inventory management activities.

• Completes additional duties as assigned by the ICQA Leader or other senior distribution leaders, which may periodically include receiving, picking, and shipping.

Experience Required

•High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

•Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly

•Demonstrated leadership experience

•Previous experience with and the ability to determine labor rates, staff requirements, and forecast production/project completion dates
