【 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 】

Design and develop features on small to large-scale system
Manage operations and releases to production environments
Learn and perform load/ performance tests on high-access systems
Communicate and work with members from other teams, such as product managers, UX/UI designers and QA engineers

【 REQUIREMENTS 】

API(or backend) team's leader experience more than 2 years, managed team has more than 5 members.
Ownership of service and team and members
Extensive skill to do task planning, manage schedule, coordinate with other teams.
Manage own team with clear rule of documentation and development process.
5 years of experience with Restful API development with Java&Springboot
3 years of experience with Microservice architecture
Maintained same service/system for more than 3 years, experience of leading team to renewal or version upgrade for own system.
In-depth knowledge about RDBMS(MySQL, MariaDB Galera Cluster)
In-depth knowledge about Redis, Kafka, k8s.
Proficient in English, TOEIC score 800+ and native Japanese
