Junior Floral Designer (Seasonal) Location Winnipeg, MB R3R 0C9 :

Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Florist to join our team on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate should have basic floral design skills, including the ability to create hand-tied bouquets. You will assist in floral arrangement production, customer service, and maintaining shop operations during our busiest seasons.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble hand-tied bouquets and assist in other floral arrangements.
• Help customers select flowers and provide excellent service.
• Prepare and condition flowers to ensure freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop.
• Package floral orders for pickup and delivery.
• Support the team with various tasks during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in making hand-tied bouquets (formal training is a plus).
• Passion for floral design and creativity in arrangements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry floral supplies as needed.
