About the role

Reporting to the Art Director, the Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with our creative team, consisting of our Brand Manager, three Graphic Designers and a Copywriter, on the creation of visual assets across marketing materials, digital platforms, retail marketing and more. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and flexible–someone who can adapt to a rapidly growing and changing environment while managing priorities and expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the design and implementation of various digital and print visuals, including newsletters, ads, retail marketing assets, and more.
  • Respecting the established brand image, positioning, strategy, and creative direction.
  • Supporting the graphic design team wherever needed.
  • Maintaining image and artwork library.
  • Working cross-functionally with the rest of the creative team, as well as the performance marketing, retail and e-comm teams.

Requirements:

  • DEC or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Pro-activeness, flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team as well as work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.

À propos du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur artistique, le graphiste junior collaborera avec notre équipe créative, composée de notre Gestionnaire de marque, de trois graphistes et d'une rédactrice, à la création de supports visuels pour le marketing, les plateformes numériques, le marketing de détail et bien plus encore. Le candidat idéal est créatif, ingénieux et flexible, capable de s'adapter à un environnement en pleine croissance et en constante évolution tout en gérant les priorités et les attentes.

Responsabilités :

  • Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de divers supports visuels numériques et imprimés, notamment des publicités, des supports marketing pour la vente au détail, des infolettres, etc.
  • Respecter l'image de marque, le positionnement, la stratégie et la direction créative établis.
  • Soutenir l'équipe créative où nécessaire.
  • Tenir à jour la bibliothèque d'images et d'illustrations de la marque.
  • Collaborer avec le reste de l'équipe créative, ainsi qu'avec les autres départements (performance, vente au détail, commerce en ligne, etc).

Exigences :

  • Diplôme en graphisme, ou équivalent.
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés.
  • Flexibilité et ingéniosité.
  • Grand souci du détail.
  • Bonnes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et de hiérarchisation des priorités.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec une équipe et à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Maîtrise d'Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop et Figma.
