The Role

You will be part of a team supporting the IT infrastructure of a major manufacturing company based in Hiroshima. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and incident response using security products, as well as a wide range of tasks such as cloud environment management and server administration. This position offers the opportunity to broaden your skills and career in the security domain by working across both cloud and on-premises environments.

Even if you do not have prior hands-on experience in the security field, this role is open to junior-level candidates. We offer a comprehensive training and development system, including onboarding programs, on-the-job training (OJT), and a buddy system.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and incident response using security products

• ASM management, vulnerability scanning, and implementation of countermeasures

• Security patch management and update scheduling

• Server access rights management and audit support

• Log analysis and security design in cloud environments

• Project management and client reporting

Work Environment:

• Average monthly overtime: approximately 10–20 hours

• Primarily on-site at the client’s location, with the possibility of hybrid work (1–2 remote days per week)

• Smooth information sharing and communication across all levels, including managers, subordinates, and colleagues

• Long-standing support for the growth of major Hiroshima-based companies through IT infrastructure

Many of our infrastructure specialists have advanced to roles such as architect or technical fellow, and there are growth opportunities available for all skill levels.

Who You Are

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer

• Fluent in Japanese (in read/write/speak)

• Hiroshima resident or able to relocate to Hiroshima

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience working in an internal IT department

• Experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) tasks

• Interest in the field of cybersecurity and a strong willingness to learn
