As a  Leadership & Development Marketing Manager , you will:

• Conduct structured  discovery conversations to assess suitability for our programs
• Mentor and support new team members as they develop leadership and communication skills
• Onboard and guide clients through their learning journey
• Maintain CRM systems and manage communications with professionalism
• Engage in  ongoing personal and professional development

Your Professional Background
