Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial
3-5+ Years (Mississauga/Hybrid), 12-Month Contract
ALT is partnering with a Canadian-owned business that provides data solutions in the financial services industry to hire a Legal Counsel. This role works closely with the entire legal department, including the VP Legal and Chief Legal Officer. It is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
In this role, you will draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology service and licensing agreements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of commercial law experience.
