We are currently hiring an Evening Floor Manager to join our Berezan Kelowna LRS Team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in our team. Your responsibility extends beyond daily operations, you will be supporting the General Manager, ensuring smooth evening operations, and helping shape the guest experience while aligning with our goals and business objectives. Your role as a leader and mentor is crucial in encouraging our team, fostering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that every visit to our stores is a memorable one. You will Lead the way!


What you will be doing:

  • Setting the standard for exemplary customer service through personal practice.
  • Assisting customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and solutions.
  • Leading and motivating team members with positivity and respect.
  • Ensuring staff follow company policies, procedures, and liquor regulations.
  • Maintaining store appearance, product presentation, and stock levels.
  • Assisting the General Manager on displays, seasonal changes, and promotions.
  • Supporting the General Manager with training and team development.
  • Completing paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
  • Upholding a clean, organized, and professional store environment.


Knowledge and Skill requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering excellence in customer service.
  • Preferred leadership experience.
  • Stellar time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Talent in training and motivating staff for peak performance.
  • Skill in monitoring and assessing staff to ensure consistent quality.
  • Basic office administration skills to manage daily tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for smooth interactions.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for swift issue resolution.
  • Capability to plan and organize work effectively.
  • A positive, professional, and responsive attitude is essential.
  • Meticulous record-keeping skills to uphold accuracy.
