The Role

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Market Intelligence, the Market Intelligence Analyst (Sales Support) plays a key role in bridging data-driven insights and sales execution. This position supports the STA Sales Team with day-to-day analysis, reporting, and meeting preparation, ensuring decisions are guided by timely and relevant market and competitive intelligence. The Analyst will assist in developing sales dashboards, competitive insights, and weekly performance reports, helping translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Support Sales and Market Intelligence teams with recurring reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Provide data-driven insights for sales meetings, business reviews, and customer presentations
• Consolidate sell-in, sell-out, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities by region, channel, or product line
• Prepare supporting materials for sales strategy sessions, regional reviews, and customer discussions
• Manage ad-hoc requests from the Sales Team and assist with special projects as needed
• Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure aligned insights and consistent reporting

Your Background

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related functions
• 2-4 years of experience in sales reporting, business analytics, or market intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; experience with PowerBI or other visualization tools is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Tire or automotive industry experience is an asset
• Team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Enthusiastic self-starter and able to work with various team members complex and at times ambiguous business issues

Travel

• Up to 30% of travel – Majority in USA and Canada
