求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
・5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
・Proven experience marketing disposable medical devices.
・Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory requirements.
・Experience managing and developing product managers or cross-functional teams.
・Strong leadership and people management skills.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
・Analytical skills and ability to interpret data and adapt strategies.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
