Job Description

An opportunity is available for a middle school educator specializing in General Education for Math and Science. This contract position spans the full academic school year and is based in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging and comprehensive math and science instruction aligned with curriculum standards.
• Developing lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support student development and address educational challenges.
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with students, parents, and school staff.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience teaching middle school math and science in a general education setting.
• Strong understanding of middle school curriculum requirements and educational best practices.

• Relevant teaching certification or licensure appropriate for the state of Rhode Island.
