We are looking for a responsible individual to fill the position of a part time Meat Packer at our Butcher Shop in Ibex Valley .
The Meat Packer position reports directly to the Meat Supervisor/Meat Manager, the main responsibilities include;
-Packaging and labelling finished products including sausage, steaks, roasts, and various other cuts
-Grinding Meat
-Assisting with production and slicing of certain products such as jerky, bacon, and hams
-Cleaning used equipment: vacuum sealer, meat grinder, meat slicer
The individual fit for this position should have the following skills:

. -Strong Organizational Skills
. -Respectful communication and effective teamwork
. -Ability to lift up to 50lbs
. -Punctual and reliable
Entry-level, basic training provided
This position is a seasonal position for the fall and winter months with potential for continued employment
