This is a long-term, scalable opportunity for a leading Japanese medical device manufacturer. As this is a new business venture, you will be a core member and will contribute significantly to the company's growth. We are seeking a proactive, energetic, forward-thinking candidate who is eager to collaborate and innovate. You must also be bilingual in English and able to read and write Japanese.

Work Experience

Application conditions

■ Requirements ■ Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in medical device design
• Experience creating design output/DHF in accordance with ISO13485
• Experience in mechanical part design, CAD drawings, and manufacturing drawing creation
• Experience in sustainability activities in the medical products/healthcare business
• Thorough knowledge of ISO13485 QMS, IEC Standard "General Safety, Product Specific Criteria, Guarantees" and MDR
• Ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion

• 3+ years of experience in designing consumable medical devices

■Language Skill ■ Language Skill

• English proficiency - Business level (speaking, reading, writing, etc.)
• Japanese language proficiency - Native level or equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above (good communication, reading, writing and presentation skills required)
