Location: Manchester, NH

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Overview:

Our client a growing healthcare practice in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The Practice Manager will play a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, optimizing patient satisfaction, managing staff, and driving organizational success. This position requires a balance of strategic planning, financial oversight, and hands-on management to support both clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee daily practice operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-centered care.
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, financial performance, and revenue cycle management, including billing and collections.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and streamline administrative workflows.
  • Collaborate with physicians and providers to support practice growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare laws and standards.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Business Administration, or related field required (Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical office or healthcare practice management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive operational improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
