The Role

We are seeking a strategic and service-driven Member Experience Lead to elevate the experience of our global community of coaches and CEO+Leadership teams. This role is responsible for operationalizing our Member Experience Scorecard, ensuring every interaction is responsive, empathetic, proactive, personalized, and insight-driven.

You will lead initiatives that enhance member satisfaction, retention, and engagement—working cross-functionally to ensure our systems, communications, and support reflect the excellence of the Metronomics framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and evolution of the Member Experience Scorecard across all member touchpoints
• Monitor and improve performance metrics including responsiveness, personalization, and feedback integration
• Design and manage onboarding, engagement, and retention programs that reflect our growth operating system
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align member experience with strategic priorities
• Serve as the voice of the member, advocating for their needs and translating insights into action
• Coach and support internal teams in delivering consistent, high-quality member interactions
• Build scalable systems and processes that support a growing global community

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in member experience, customer success, or community leadership
• Proven ability to lead with empathy while driving measurable outcomes
• Experience with service standards, scorecards, and journey mapping
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and feedback tools
• Bonus: Experience in business coaching, SaaS, or growth-focused organizations
