Job Description

Make GOOD MONEY QUICKLY on a 28-day holiday shift working 12-hour days supporting gold crushing and process plant operations. Arctic Fly-in Fly-out. Support an international gold producer and experience the harsh beauty and ruggedness of working at one of the most remote mine sites on the planet.


Responsibilities include the general repairs and maintenance of jaw crushers, cone crushers, conveyors, pumps, ball mills, cyclones, Knelson concentrators, hoists, overhead cranes, etc. Successful hires will also have priority for 2026 shutdowns, maintenance projects, and embedded maintenance support.
This opportunity includes industry-competitive compensation, daily overtime, 12-hour workdays, and full access to on-site room and board, including fitness and recreational amenities; paid flights, hotels, from the closest major airport to and from the jobsite; and more.


Journeyman Millwright certification and five years’ mine maintenance are desired. Independent contractors and 4th Year Millwright Apprentices are welcome to apply.
