Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints in the mortgage broker industry is important.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage brokering or related field
Strong understanding of financial products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with mortgage lending regulations and procedures
Ability to analyze financial data and provide suitable mortgage solutions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using mortgage brokering software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Mortgage Broker License) preferred
Experience working with PAYG employees
Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Mercury CRM
Ability to work effectively as a self-employed individual
