This is a Hybrid role in Toronto and client is actively hiring for this position.

Role: nCino Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days a week)

Duration: 1+ year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nCino Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System and its seamless integration with Salesforce . This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to implement, customize, and optimize nCino solutions that support key banking operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Customization

• Lead the implementation of nCino solutions in alignment with organizational requirements.
• Customize and configure nCino applications to improve functionality, user experience, and process effectiveness.
• Manage core nCino features such as loan origination, deposit account opening, and customer relationship management (CRM) .

Integration and System Maintenance

• Integrate nCino with Salesforce and other third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain peak system performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation , including configuration details, workflows, and operational procedures.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate existing banking and financial processes to identify areas for enhancement using nCino capabilities.
• Collaborate with business teams to streamline workflows, increase automation, and enhance operational efficiency .
• Monitor system usage, performance, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement of the nCino platform.

Project Management

• Manage nCino-related projects from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and business adoption of solutions.
