Job Description

The On Premise Distribution Manager is responsible for sales activation that will deliver the largest opportunity for sustained growth within the entire On Premise channel via Distribution Partners and external sale force companies. On Premise Distribution Manager continuously drive for maximum account coverage in the On Premise channels in order to maximize sales and volume while establishing strong relationships with Distribution Partners and external sale force companies. This strategy needs to be profitable, efficient and ensure a continuous development of our brand in the On Premise channel. As a Senior position, also responsible to manage, coach, and lead other Distribution Managers to plan and execute appropriate action to drive growth and manage RTM.

  • Responsible for providing a long-term (+3 years) distribution model for the country.

    Responsible for creating a Business Plan with the distribution partner (if applicable), wholesalers and external sale force companies to deliver the long-term distribution model for the country.

    Responsible of creating and developing a strong commercial plan to grow distribution and SKU listing in the Non-Musketeer Managed account Universe via the distribution partner (if applicable), wholesalers and external sale force companies.

    Responsible for the annual Joint Business Plan with the distribution partner (if applicable) and the Tier 1 wholesalers.

    Performs the annual sales and distribution forecast for each distribution partner (if applicable), wholesaler and external sale force company along with the proposed investment.

  • Leveraging Supplier to meet annual goals.

    Aligns all pricing and promotions with all necessary key stakeholders (GM, Off Premise and Finance) to minimize the threat of cross channel cannibalization and to maintain profitability.

  • Ongoing communication and Know-how exchange within the team and with the Distribution Partner Manager.

    Constant teamwork and ongoing communication with Regional On Premise Manager and On Premise Marketing.

    Solidify and optimize the relationship with other Red Bull departments.

    Appropriately coach, guide, and lead team to be effective and efficient to be growth driver of Red Bull On Premise organization.

    Deeply understand organizational strategy and priority, and properly cascade down the vision to members.

    Responsible for the correct management of the yearly budget and the control of all free goods.

    Prepares, organizes and executes review meetings (on a monthly/quarterly basis) with all distribution partners (if applicable), Tier 1 wholesalers and external sale force companies to evaluate performance vs Joint Business Plan Objectives and agree on action plans. This is then reported to the National On Premise Manager and shared internally with the Musketeers team and other key stakeholders.

  • Acquiring and using the required budget according to the annual plan.

    Monitor and report competitors’ activities and initiatives.

    Active search of new business opportunities for increased growth in distribution.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Over 5 years Distribution and/or Supplier experience preferred (beverage Industry preferred).
  • Experience in leading, managing, and motivating suppliers and external sales forces (+3 years).
  • Experience in leading sales team, coaching members to achieve the goal.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Proficient In Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.
  • Possession of good leadership that influences others Motivation to achieve goals
  • High agility skills and respond flexibly to various situations
  • High communication skills to draw out customer needs and connect them to results.
  • Travel 20-30%
