Role: Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance Functional Consultant (AP/AR/GL/CM)

Location: Montréal, Québec or New Brunswick

This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team dedicated to implementing the Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials suite. We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to drive the configuration, testing, and optimization of core financial modules, acting as the critical link between business requirements and technical solutions.

Core Focus Areas

• Module Specialization: Deep functional expertise in the core financial modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management (CM) .
• Requirements Translation: Lead workshops with business users to analyze and translate complex financial processes into robust, configured Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Implementation & Support: Own the system lifecycle from configuration and testing (SIT, UAT) through to post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Total Experience: 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Oracle Fusion Experience: 5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, CM).
• Project History: Proven track record in successfully implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion projects.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of core financial business processes (Finance, Accounting, etc.).
• Communication: Effective communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in French is highly desirable, especially for roles based in Québec.
• Education: Bachelor’s or college-level education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Assets

• Professional Oracle Fusion certifications in Finance modules.
• Experience with integrated reporting tools (e.g., OTBI or BIP).
• Prior exposure to Oracle Cloud financial transformations or system upgrades.
