Job Description

Introduction
IBM is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Reports Developer with a strong focus on OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher reporting tools.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion), a deep understanding of Fusion data models, and a proven ability to design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop reports using OTBI/BIP tools, including building queries, creating data models, and formatting reports for visual clarity.
Develop interactive dashboards to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics in an easily digestible format.
Ensure accurate data is retrieved from various sources and transformed for reporting purposes.
Test reports thoroughly for functionality and accuracy before deploying them to users.
Provide training to end-users on how to access and utilize reports and dashboards effectively. Troubleshoot any issues related to report functionality.
Continuously learn and implement new features and functionalities of OTBI/BIP tools

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Strong on Fusion Report Development
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
Proficiency in SQL for querying data sources.
In-depth knowledge of OTBI/BIP functionalities and tools.
Experience with data visualization best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
Problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot report and data-related issues.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
Strong expertise in Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL.
Experience working with Subject Areas, Data Models, and Oracle Cloud Tables.
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data security model.
Familiarity with FBDI, HDL, or REST APIs, & Fast Formulas.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
