Job Description

Orthodontic Office Manager – Barrie, ON.

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join a modern, patient-focused practice in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and skilled in leading a front-office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and support the front desk team.
  • Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RCDSO standards.
  • Coordinate referrals and ensure prompt follow-up with patients.
  • Support practice growth through strong organization and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Office Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures.
  • Experience with Ortho2Edge software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills.
