We are hiring for a Parts Counter Sales person.
Starting pay according to experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and electronically with parts inquiries and orders
Identify correct parts using catalogs, databases, and technical resources
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Process orders, returns, and warranties efficiently
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck or equipment parts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts lookup software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
